SHIPPING POLICY

All LZIX products are made on demand. This means each item is produced after the order is placed in order to reduce overproduction and promote more conscious consumption.

Shipping is currently available within the European Union only.

PROCESSING TIME
Orders are typically produced within 2–5 business days before shipping.

SHIPPING TIME
Once your order has been shipped, the estimated delivery time within the European Union is usually between 3–10 business days depending on the destination country.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to shipping carrier delays or high order volumes.

TRACKING
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow the delivery of your package.

INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct before completing your purchase. If an incorrect address is provided and the package is returned to the fulfillment facility, additional shipping costs may apply for reshipment.

UNCLAIMED PACKAGES
Packages that are not claimed or collected and are returned to the fulfillment facility may require additional shipping costs for reshipment.
