RETURN & REFUND POLICY
All LZIX products are made to order.
Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size selection, change of mind, or buyer’s remorse.
Please make sure to review the size guide carefully before placing your order.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.
To report an issue, please include:
• Your order number
• A clear photo of the product
• A short description of the issue
Once the problem is confirmed, we will offer a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
EUROPEAN UNION 14-DAY COOLING-OFF PERIOD
If the order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it, unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
